Oh NO!!! Cheney is off the hook!!!!!
Apparently he went to the illustrious highly educational and eloquent Limbaugh Radio Toilet show and defended himself wonderfully.

1. Yeah but he was talking out of the side of his mouth.
Figuratively, I mean.

3. feeding hot air to the gas bag
it was coldly predictable. Cheney has the lowest credibility of all the liars in this lying bunch. Talking heads talk about it openly like it's a big joke! True Believers will be reassured, perhaps, but Cheney looks a lot like that plastic carcass Bush served up to the most well-behaved recruits last Thanksgiving.

4. It says a lot that Cheney goes on Limbaugh
Richard Clarke is sitting for one-on-one interviews with reporters. Neither Bush nor Cheney could withstand the questioning from a real reporter. They can best deal with their intellectual equivalent - Rush Limbaugh.

5. I see... A RWer "defended" himself against a Rush-onslaught.
Makes perfect sense.

The "smacking" noises you heard were the sounds of lips-on-ass.

6. Preaching to the converted. Solidifying the base, for what's to come.
Martial law? Flagrant cheating on the elections, or cancelling them altogether? They have Hannity, Limbaugh, Fox News and the rest ready to do their bidding - and they are ready to fall into place for whatever is coming. At the very least, certain books are not going to come out.

8. Let's see you go on Randi Rhoad's show and say that
Preaching to the choir is bad enough. But Cheney defending himself via Rush Limbaugh is like preaching to the assistant pastor!

I'm really hoping Kerry picks him as VP. I think the debate would be a wonderful experience.

10. Three Jeers For Cheney!
I didn't catch much of the show, but I think it's was very democratic of the VP of the USA to appear on the show of an admitted drug addict. Do you think he will appear as a "character witness," if/when Lush come to trial?

12. OK, so Cheney spoke on the Limbaugh's show...
You're talking about a show whose listeners are already in the Bush camp because they're like a bunch of retarded sheep. If Limbaugh told his listeners to eat a bucket of shit for breakfast, they'd have the ladle out before the dope fiend finished his sentence.

It's my impression that Limbaugh's listenership is fading. At one time, every day, there was always a circle of people discussing what Rush said that day, and by God, he's right. I don't hear that anymore. Fewer people are inclined to admit they listen to him anymore. Limbaugh spent 8 years during the Clinton Administration telling people how devoid of morals and character and fiscal responsibility the Democrats are. Three years of Shrub, and 10 years of the Republicans running almost everything at the federal, state and local levels, and we're in some of the roughest times we've seen in over 60 years.

His credibility is certainly fading. His drug habit certainly didn't help matters for him, either.

16. Yes, three years of what Limbaugh said was just what we needed....
and it isn't panning out too well, to say the least.

Get ready for that long downward slide, Rush.

can you imagine the highest position in the country talking shop with Limbaugh??? Thats embarassing to me as an American to have a Vice President sinking this low. Imagine if Clinton went on Jerry Springers show??
