Why does nobody ask the question: "Why did the terrorists WAIT until Bush was president to strike the US? Answer: because they knew Clinton was too focused on them and that the Bush administration would ignore the problem completely."

Get it? If Clinton had been so weak on terrorism, wouldn't they have struck during his presidency?

By the way, if any republi-CONS want to press you about 9/11 and everything else plus what's in the mayonnaise jar on Funk & Wagnall's front porch being Clinton's fault.

Just say - Yes. You're correct. Clinton knew.

And add - that's why he had his national security expert, Sandy Berger, and his staff brief CONdi Rice thoroughly, and in multiple meetings, as she was on her way in, about everything she could expect to face in the national security arena. Berger has said this repeatedly, by the way, that he and his gave her EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING they had. EVERYTHING they knew. EVERY warning, EVERY suspicion. EVERYTHING. If you'll recall he told her that terrorism was going to be the biggest issue on their table for their entire term. If memory serves, he even pointed specifically to Al Qaeda.

THEN say - and guess what she did with it? Answer: NOTHING. She turned her nose up at all of it and dismissed it, outright, because it came from the Clintons.
