2. And I thought it was democracy...do I feel dumb
And to think he spent years honing his journalism skills on Inside Edition doing Elvis sighting stories. No wonder he is brain dead and doesn't know it.

3. that seems to be the talking point--the Spanish are fools and dumb
for backing down. I saw it said several times today - the convential wisdom of people like Gorden Libby say that backing down encourages the terrorists.

They all have the tallking point--Spanish people bad for voting in a democracy the wrong way.

5. And pretty soon, the British people will all be "dumb", followed by...
... the American people.

Here's hoping we vote "the wrong way" in our next election!

6. Ever notice
There's never anything wrong with us or with our leadership. The problem is always someone else.

The fact that we have a lying, crooked warmonger for president, led around by the nose by his VP and advisors, shows our great moral authority and strength.

7. Sometimes it's like the chimp said, but not like the chimp meant:
"they hate us for our freedom."

The nerve of Spain to be so free.

8. And why won't this happen here
Watch.

When Kerry wins, the exact same shit will happen. The media will declare it a victory for the terrorists, as they have now done with the Spanish elections.

All it will take is a terror attack between election day and inaguration to overturn the election results.

12. Does no one remember...
When Kerry wins, the exact same shit will happen. The media will declare it a victory for the terrorists, as they have now done with the Spanish elections.

... back when communism was threatening us all (but we knew we were safe under our desks in school), that if Khrushchev so much as smiled at the mention of an American presidential candidate's name we were all told that voting for that person would be playing into the hands of the "commies."

Sorry, ladies and gentlemen, but terrorists don't get a vote in November.

Meanwhile, though, since terrorists are fond of terrorizing, wouldn't voting for Bush just play right into their plans? It certainly would give them an adversary to continue terrorizing about. Democrats need to throw the 'pukes nonsense right back at 'em.

14. the terrorists NEED a Bush victory in November!
you are absolutely right on that.

And the Republicans NEED the terrorists. They have nothing else to run on without them.

It's like an evil symbiosis, a codependent relationship.

Why isn't CNN and Fox covering that, how the terrorists win if right wingers are elected...

9. We are at war with East Asia.
We have always been at war with East Asia.

I can already see all the good citizens of Oceania replacing the posters for Hate Week. Spain bad. Spain bad.

10. No it is another sign that conservatism is on it's way out
Countries that support PNAC will find their leaders gone and new ones in place via national elections.

I doubt the terrorist bombings in Spain changed the election that much.

11. hmmm
I'm still a little foggy on this:

1) The previous Spanish leader support the Iraq war based on WMD.

2) The country voted him out because there were not WMD.

3) A terrorist act occurs and the guilty are the same group that attacked us 2 1/2 years ago (that we coulda shoulda woulda caught if we weren't in a winless war in Iraq)

4) Americans then say "Serves Spain right"?!?

That is really sick. When we were attacked, we got support from the world. When spain is attacked, we tell them "Serves you right cause you aren't democratic!"?

When we vote out the Bush, are we gonna be told serves you right by freepers if we are attacked again? This sets a bad precedence.

Bill O'Reilly. He thinks he's the only one in the universe that is right. He's a bigot and loud-mouthed smuck.
