Anyone see Bush this morning in Madrid...?

At least that's what I am gathering from what I saw on CNN...taps was playing and he was standing there in front of a wreath in a praying like pose...(photo-op?)...

Now why can't he do that when our soldiers come home...?
Or are they just fodder for his war on terror scheme...?

any thoughts...?

I think he tried to fit one in before he had a fundraiser there this morning (Long Island, I think).

he was standing there praying in front of a wreath and taps was playing...the second that taps was done he quickly walked away like it wasn't even important...

I'm just wondering now what it was...haven't seen anything yet on CNN since this morning...
