Edited on Thu Mar-11-04 06:46 PM by Gloria
post that Osama was captured 2 weeks ago are true (posted here at DU).....doesn't that mean/corroborate the theory that Al-Qaeda is composed of independent groups and Osama is not the mastermind behind everything??? So any Bush "triumph" can be written off by a smart Dem candidate as indicative of ZIP when it comes to Bush touting his "leadership" on terror??

(Latest reports heard on BBC are that Spanish authorities found detonators of type seen before in AQ related incidents and tapes with Koranic verses near three towns where some of the trains originated and in another location along the way of a 4th train.)

1. I'm surprised
that the bombers didn't leave their IDs there.

4. The usual modus of ETA wasn't in place here. Lends some cred to a
second party.

5. My main question is really: how does this hurt Bush if he tries to
play the Osama card??
