The Philosophy of Dividing
Edited on Thu Mar-11-04 08:13 AM by The Lone Liberal
The Repugs are hell bent upon dividing this country between those under the law and those not subject to the law. They are trying to accomplish this covertly with their court appointments and more overtly with statute. No longer are we a country were everyone is subject to the same laws or has access to protection under the same legal system.

1. Consider the difference between someone with the resources...
,,,to hire a high-powered defense lawyer, and those who must make due with public defenders. The unfairness has existed for many years.

3. That's why I VOLUNTARILY offer my services to clients who don't have
the money to pay me for things like traffic ticket defense and divorce. I give my best representation and can stand up to the more "established" attorneys. I sometimes think I do my better work when money isn't involved.
