Washington State DUer's and Supporters of my campaign.
Edited on Tue Mar-09-04 08:09 PM by God_bush_n_cheney
Today I rented an office. I am waaaay excited about this. I now have an official HQ to work from. It is the size of a linen closet and you have to go outside to change your mind...but it is an office. I am looking for volunteers to answer the phone...do emails, make copies, lick stamps etc etc. Please send me an e-mail if your interested in volunteering for my campaign I can use the help.

If you can afford to help out that would be great as well.

Andy

Actually -- went out this AM.

(finally!)

For folks outside of WA state, this is a campaign of national, even international, significance. Folks following the BBV threads closely will know this, but this privatizing of the voting process and commodification of the counting procedures means an end to even the distorted form of democracy now available.

Andy is doing a lot to defend our right to meaningful vote, and winning a lot of support. Win or lose, his campaign is a victory for democracy every day it continues, and his sincerity, candor and charm make him a likely victor if he is able to be heard - this is why donation are important.

Andy is not only right on the issues (actually he is "right on" on the issues), he is very capable and personable as a candidate.

As the election season intensifies, this BBV issue will become more important, as we see now happening with the Bev Harris TV spots (and even Lou Dobbs!) and the Wexler (and other) lawsuits. Kerry has indicated early on that legitimate voting procedures and counts will be an issue, and Andy's campaign will both buttress that dynamic and benefit from it.

So, in short, give a buck, save your future.

6. Good luck Andy...

you know I'll be voting for you. When in freakin' hell are we going to meet? It's just destined that we don't meet I guess. Don't I sound like a stalker!?

Me and Andy go back to 2002 when we always missed each other by minutes or geography.

Sigh
