where's the letter?
where is the "open letter to America," signed by 22 people who lost loved ones in the trade center (saying the bush ads exploiting wtc are ok)?? i have googled this several times, in several ways, and i get zip.

who are the signatories, and has anyone checked their authenticity?
i have read the text of the leter, but have yet to see the names of the "22".
