ClearChannelSucks.org ORDERED removed by Clear Channel
I friend just sent me an email about the website clearchannelsucks.org
I often send this link to friends so they can educate themsleves about who & what Clear channel is.I guess since last week the site has been down & according to Buzzflash,Clear Channel is the one who ordered the site be removed.Anyone hear about this?

6. Clear Channel has made a fortune
...selling bad music and worse politics to stupid people with no taste. That makes them very powerful. I'm sure any word to an ISP or hosting service would be heeded very quickly.

5. Easy -- ClearChannel is a huge corporation, with expensive lawyers
They send a "cease and desist" order to the operator of a Web site they don't like. The operator has two choices -- comply (take the site down) or fight it. Most operators of "-sucks.com" domains are just private citizens, with little money for a big legal fight.

The site operator would probably win, based on precedent, but would bankrupt himself in the process.
