What this country did really helped democracy fail in Haiti undermined it over and over again watched Aristide comply over and over again. Outrageous requirements and Aristide still complied we watched a Coup!

which I always thought sounded like Gingrich-speak for speaking your mind, even if it must be the only time that Tom DeLay and Bill Frist will allow - when all the other Congressmen don't have to be bothered to listen.
