Another Rovian shift in wording
Inspectors are titilating the public with suggestions of a suprise about the come from Iraq. The shift has occurred on the use of the phrase Banned Weapons. No longer is the focus on WMDs. Now its anything they can lay their hands on that can be considered naughty.

So what do you suppose this Banned Weapon surpise is going to be. Did Fed Ex finally deliver the anthrax Rove sent over or do they have some new spin they are going to try.

1. WMD's becomes 'weapons program', suicide bomber, HOMIcide bomber,
very orwellian. this is becase they know they only need to fool a certain amount of cretins. just enough to make the trick work.
osama, dead or alive, becomes, we don't know or care if osama is dead or alive. too bizarre to keep up with

2. They kept part of Lincoln in the party
You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time. - Abraham Lincoln

They are just working on maximizing the rotation of the fools.

3. In a few months they'll accuse them of the heinous crimes
of serving red wine with flounder and the women of wearing white after Labor Day.

4. photo of what Bowell calls "banned"...remember the drone???
this is "banned", they only found one, and does it look particularly, menacingly effective to you...?????

This undated photo released by the US State Department, as part of the evidence that Iraq harbors weapons of mass destruction presented 05 February, 2003, to the UN Security Council by US State Secretary Colin Powell, reportedly shows an Iraqi unmanned drone. Fox News, quoting US officials and intelligence 24 February, 2003, is reporting that Iraq could be planning a chemical or biological attack on the US using unmanned 'drone' planes equipped with global positioning systems. US Secretary of State Colin Powell said information provided by UN inspectors about the drone was further evidence that Iraq was not complying with its international obligations.

"There is a drone ... that they came upon, that they discovered, that they are not supposed to have and it looks like it is a prohibited item," Powell said.
