'Saddam trial unlikely for two years'
"Saddam Hussein is unlikely to stand trial for at least another two years, according to a top Iraqi lawyer.

Salem Chalabi, who is co-ordinating Saddam's trial, reportedly said "there are frustrations" over establishing a war crimes tribunal to try him on charges that could include genocide and crimes against humanity.

"I think it will take two years to get to Saddam being tried," Mr Chalabi, a US-educated Iraqi lawyer and nephew of Governing Council member Ahmad Chalabi, said."

1. Was there any doubt?
I predict that Saddam will "commit suicide" or "be assassinated" before he CAN stand trial.

Then again I may just be stating what's obvious to anyone in the room.

3. Cancer, heart condition, ...
There are lots of ways an old man can die of "natural causes" when
the knowledge in his head is dangerous ...

what,,, do they think everyone is so anxious, Rove believes people will wait (like a soap opera) then elect Bush 2004?

They are putting everything off (deficit reduction, jobs, union breakups) until at least until 2005 almost as if they know something we don't.

Watch out, a theft is going to happen.

No one should feel so secure!!!!

"Lots of work still to be done."

4. I don't trust any news
with Ahmed Chalabi's name attatched to it. Google that name for awhile. More people need to know that name and learn that he's a con artist doing whatever he can to weasel his way into power in the Iraqi gov't.

Hopefully that won't happen though, he's not real popular anymore, he's made a lot of enemies in the CIA, and with the Iraqis.
