special interest---bribe..is there really a difference
if congress passes a bill that no one likes, yet they did it to make some money for campaigns or what ever, isn't it the same as a bribe..

special---exceptional:extraordinary, a special person or thing
interest--a right or claim to something, a share or participation in something

Bribe-anything esp. money given or promised to induce a person to do something illegal or wrong

2. Oh, the hypocrisy!!!!!
So, now the Democratic mantra is Special Interests for Bush=Bad, but Special Interests for Kerry=Good.

Wow! This is something I never thought I'd see at DU. Evidently, I was very, very wrong.
