Then why did you post to this thread?

I'm always somewhat amused by people who post things like "this thread is a distraction", thus "distracting" others.

I tend to try to respect the freedom that DU allows to permit discussion on a wide variety of topics -- not just the topics that I happen to think are important.

4. They're little blobs of cytoplasm.
Sea anemones have more of a soul than stem cells. I still don't get why people are against it.

Let's create more humans to harvest!

A la "Brave New World", we can have "farms" where human beings who happen to be clones of other human beings are grown for the express purpose of harvesting organs.

Some think that sounds just wonderful.

I think it sounds wonderfully chilling.

8. A stem cell is the size of the period at the end of this sentence.
Stems cells are not yet differentiated.
Instead of throwing them down the drain we should
use them for research.
