The CNN whores just said * will pick a panel to investigate Iraq intelligence. WTF? Doesn't sound too "independent" to me.

6. Hrmmm so that includes
Karl Rove, Dick Chenney, Condi Rice, Donald Rumsfeld, and Paul Whoreowitz. Oh yeah he'll throw in Zell Miller for good bipartisan measure.

I'm sure that we'll get to the bottom of this thing right away.

8. No, it will not be over until AFTER the elections....
Another thread pointed out that the committee will have a year and a half to do their job.

Longer than the committee on 9/11 was allowed (although they've requested an extension past May).

12. Chimpy wants his own Hutton inquiry.
Nary a word critical of Number 10. Bad BBC.

Won't it just be perfect for Our Leader to have himself "formally cleared" of "sexing up" intelligence related to the bogus Iraq invasion. He lied to be able to set the PNAC agenda in motion. Now he needs to lay the blame elsewhere.

11. And what exactly would you like the minority party
to do? Exercise the power they dont have?

The people in power get to set the agenda, it has nothing to do with the democrats.
