1.) Plame outing (U.S. Department of Justice)(definite felony)
2.) Stealth of Senate Judiciary Democrats' papers (Senate Sergeant-at- Arms office) (possible felony)
3.) 9/11 probe (independent commission that appears to have
some teeth) (impeachable dereliction of duty)
4.) WMD "bad" intelligence (??) (at the very least, incredibly short- sighted policy, though more likely an inexcusable rush to war)

Did I miss any?

Much will emanate from all four of these in the crucial upcoming months. And even if no smoking gun is unearthed, they can all be easily tarnished for falling short (DOJ is controlled by Ashcroft; Senate is run by Republicans; WH refused documents to and hurried up deadline for 9/11 commission; Tenet has been told to play ball -- or else -- on WMD investigation). Keep the faith.

I read that Keane had said his famous line "it was preventable" before he had even read one bit of information.
The important documents had not even arrived to his office...when he made this statement.
So...it was just an appeasement to the masses that they are doing the job. The Whitewash job.
