They left the sixteen words in the last SOTU. And they put what you just quoted in this one. It makes you wonder what sort of crap they are putting in our laws, agencies, embassies etc. I mean, supposedly the SOTU is checked once or twice.

3. I just love that phrase.

Imagine- changing the goal to something as nebulous as "programs" wasn't enough. They had to take it down to "activities". Brushing your teeth is an activity. It's like the word "situation". It's so vague that it's practically meaningless.

I loved hearing Parliament mock the phrase, though. When they asked Blaire if he could explain what that phrase means... it was classic.
