Voter registration question

I registered to vote as a dem for the 2002 elections. Do I need to register again? Or am I all set? Should be able to vote in the Democratic primary in Arizona on Feb. 3rd?

You should be good to go. Only exception is if you change residence your polling site might change. Even then, depending on state law, you should be able to vote at any polling station.
