"I shortly expect the crowd of self-righteous and independently wealthy to come and hand out good advice like 'go invent something!' and 'start up your own corporation!'

"I've heard Costa Rica is nice.

But you better move fast given the rate the dollar is devaluing.

"I've heard a lot of good things about Costa Rica. The bad news is that from what I understand, it is very expensive to live there. Since I'm not a multi-millionaire I'm afraid that country is not a good prospect.

"Eastern European countries are nice - Bulgaria is quite beautiful. You can make living as a English teacher, and cost of private medical care is much lower. But the long term visa might be a problem, what is country of your origin? (some countries grant the status to the descendents of emigrants).

Search google for 'expats'.

"I'm finding myself thinking a lot about Argentina. I know they are having serious financial problems, but hopefully those are getting sorted out by now. I've already ruled out Mexico and Brazil. Do you know anything about Chile or Peru?

5. Costa Rica has an interesting history, BTW.
They achieved democracy via nonviolent revolution, and are still, I believe, without a military. Could a conservative be comfortable in a nonviolent country?

17. Not Only
have they messed their beds, they have crapped in our backyard as well, and now they want to bolt? Ha! Would not that be seen as UNPATRIOTIC? Hmmmmmm.

It would be if you or I say it. Can you say HYPOCRITE? I'll bet you can.

Damn these people, and what they have done to this country. Do they take verbal direction from the "masters" to breathe and reproduce as well?
