Recently Alan Keyes, who took over the campaign of the supposed “morally bankrupt” Jack Ryan, interestingly pointed out that his opponent Barack Obama would not be receiving the endorsement of Jesus this year. “Christ would not vote for Barack Obama because Barack Obama has voted to behave in a way that it is inconceivable for Christ to have behaved,” said Keyes, who criticized Hillary Clinton for deciding to run for a seat in a state that she didn’t live; which is exactly what Keyes has done to run in Illinois.

When Pat Robertson’s not successfully partying hurricanes from the coast of Florida, he’s speaking to God and having psychic revelations bestowed to him. To his 700 Club viewers, Robertson said, “I think George Bush is going to win in a walk,” he then decided that he’d take it a step further noting, “I really believe I’m hearing from the Lord it’s going to be like a blowout election in 2004. It’s shaping up that way.” Let’s be honest, that’s a bold statement. What if Kerry wins, or at least loses in a close race? That’s certainly putting a lot on the line considering God doesn’t make mistakes.
