3. Proven not to work over and over and over
when you ask a GOPer- well, we have cut taxes for over 30 years - we should be awash in jobs and prosperity by now - they'll say, Welp, for people willing to work, there is. Not losers looking to sit on their duffs and collect a welfare check.
