My letter to the FCC

Mr. Powell

I wanted to thank you for making sure that Howard Stern's vulgar language can be heard much less often. It seems extremely crucial, in this time of political uncertainty and in a time when civil liberties are a privilege rather than a right, that men like Stern are the focus of your wrath.

Never mind that zealot talk show hosts plot everyday to increase the separation between the haves and the have nots. Never mind that they plan on using common folks not unlike myself to further their own wealth. Never mind that they often espouse anti-government messages and spread baseless fear. Never mind that the voters they turn help keep money out of our schools. Never mind the fear they spread helps draw money away keeping my drinking water clean and into the pockets of corporate executives, not very much unlike yourself.

I am sure that you have your priorities straight and approach your job without an ounce of bias.
