| What an embarrassment: Congressman Steve King of Iowa |
|
http://dmregister.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/200405... Congressman Steve King of Kiron said the abuse of prisoners in Iraq amounts to "hazing."
Hazing? Like making a pledging fraternity kid run down the street in boxer shorts? The term conjures images from the movie "Animal House" - as if the Iraqi prisoners were going to emerge from the humiliation and abuse and be initiated as "one of the group."
It was a sad choice of words. Worse, King wasn't just making some off-the-cuff remark. The words were printed in a press release. He and his staff had time to actually think about the comments and still didn't reconsider them.

| 1. He and Rush must have received the same RNC "talking points" |
|
Since they're both using the same expression.
What a loser!

Steve if he was sodomized as part of his fraternity initiation and, if so, did he like it?
