I've actually tried by letting law enforcement know of a network headed by a mostly Wisconsin based criminal that bragged (to a living witness of a murder he committed) that he would never be arrested, he was part of a Federal Grand Jury out of Milwaukee in 1970 he wasn't indicted either-the FBI/DEA were among his pals way back in 1969.

But that's part of who I am and the world I exchange energy with BlooInBloo...
