Republicans Eating Their Own, Michigan Edition

Polls show them that social issues don’t work and that the GOP is on the wrong side of nearly every issue with voters, but when the Michigan GOP hires a consultant who tells them that, they stick their fingers in their ears and sing “God Bless the USA,” firing the consultant before the second verse. I’m thinking they don’t care about winning anymore.

1. As long as they are convinced

their belief systems are right, then they are satisfied that God's in his heaven and all's right with the world. That the rest of us diagree only means that we're flat wrong, end of story, and it supports the reality-free martyr complex they just love to wallow in.

Pa. Sen. GOP could have voted with the Dem. any time he wished.He should have stayed in his party and made it better as Snowe and Collins and McCain are doing or trying to do.
