An American Outrage: Bernie, AIG, and Us
Why are we outraged at AIG and not the state of hemelessness, of children in poverty, of Bush-backed torture, of innocents slaughtered in Iraq, of worldwide hunger, of corporations ignoring our overheating planet. Is money truly the root of all the outrage?

1. No, the naked greed at the top causing all the problems at the bottom is
and it's about bloody time. I've been waiting my whole life to see this kind of anger. It isn't going to be pretty, but it's so, so necessary.

because it comes spurting out in all sorts of unexpected ways.

Our government will become afraid of us, instead of the other way around.
