Women don't like Rush Limbaugh, his leadership is hurting the GOP
Excerpt from article:

Only 28% of Limbaugh's audience is made up of women. Yet he is the GOP's strongest leader. 53% of the population that voted in the November 4th elections was female. 56% of women voted for President Obama and only 43% voted for Senator McCain. With Rush Limbaugh at the helm of the Republican party, it's unlikely these numbers will change in the 2010 or 2012 elections because only 37% of women have a favorable opinion of Limbaugh.

Rush Limbaugh's audience is heavily male, and heavily conservative. It's hard to understand why the GOP leaders have picked him to be the voice of the party. While it may be true that Limbaugh's listeners are loyal to him, they are only a small percentage of the population.

Republicans cannot win without a majority of women voting for them. If you are unsure why women don't like Rush Limbaugh, you will have a clearer idea after watching the following video.

Then again, they think Ann Coulter is some great beauty.

Keep talking, Rush, keep talking...

I'll never forget the flap over Coulter's unflattering (realistic?) Time magazine cover. And the horrible close-ups of Yukon Barbie. Granted, if she didn't open her mouth and had some sort of post-1980s makeover, she probably would be attractive.

As far as the psychology, WTF knows? Do they view them as strong, authoritative figures? Limpballs fans have a distorted world view, and he only reinforces their beliefs. They're wannabe bullies who live vicariously through that phat phuck and the venom he spews? Who knows.

16. I understand Rush. Rush has made millions of dollars creating animosity between people. He doesn't
really get people. He needs to stop seeing other people as objects. He needs to stop wanting more objects. He just needs to start being friendly, without insulting someone else, to people. Women, especially. Maybe if he does this, he might get married one day and live a happy life, retired from creating divisions and strife between people.

I don't hate him. I don't feel sorry for him. I'd just like him to figure out people and the world and quit creating hate.

and he doesn't care if he destroys the republican party while doing it. Rush only cares about one thing... Rush. I wish people would realize that.

23. Republicans never take responsibility for anything, apparently. Even when they tank their marriages.
Why doesn't Rush just move to a country that allows slavery and child sex and live more happily?

25. I don't wish Limpballs on anyone.
You're right -- they never step up and accept responsibility. And another huge difference between "us" and "them" is that they live in constant fear of becoming victims. What a way to go through life.

Between the hatred, weight, lack of exercise, cigars, alcohol and prescription drug abuse, I'd imagine his days are numbered. Then again, he could live to 100, spewing his venom and raking in the big bucks.

Sadly, there are women who believe that (or think it's humorous). Fortunately, they're well in the minority. And active members of FR.
