ASTROTURF ALERT "can you imagine if the financial bailout"
There is an email going around (actually the first go round was a couple months ago but it didnt astroturf) anyhoo. Here is a link to the letter as it appeared yesterday if you happen to see it in your paper let them know it is not personally written but just a copy.

1. I love the way the editors didn't even bother to check that $350,000 figure.
What, editors can't use calculators and common sense? Or do they just prefer not to?

Not only is it astroturf its not even right which makes it even more hilarious. It takes a real lamer to just copy an email and say its their own, it takes another to copy an untruth but hey thats the way they are/.

4. Well, with $2 trillion, you could give $350K to 5.7 million people.
That would most likely boost the economy, if you gave it to people that would spend it.
