A lawsuit may be filed challenging the legitimacy of the nine at-large caucus precincts local casinos have established for their workers, columnist Jon Ralston reports in his Web newsletter, RalstonFlash.
It's unclear who is considering filing the suit.
Consideration of a lawsuit comes just two days after the presumably powerful Culinary Union endorsed Illinois Sen. Barack Obama over his chief rival, New York Sen. Hillary Clinton.
Ralston predicts the union would blame Team Clinton for a suit, because it could undercut its influence: "You can be sure Clinton, who has criticized the caucus process for disenfranchising voters, would not want to be seen as being behind a lawsuit that might be seen as doing just that."

http://www.lasvegassun.com/blogs/early-line/2008/jan/11/whats-stake--large-caucus-precincts/My opinion is that this strange formula that is being used to calculate the delegates in these "at-large" precincts were part of the early "Clinton" strategy by the players in the State party to get Clinton the caucus.
Why it is being spun out now to look like it is Clinton who doesn't want this is because of the Culinary Union endorsement of Obama. This lawsuit would not have been filed by the Nevada State Education Association IF Hillary had obtained the union's backing as planned.
