When the World Turns

There will come a time politically morally and economically the world will turn on the United States. The time will come when the world will says no more, Nato allies will not come when called a time when central banks around the world will no longer listen. George W. Bush in his presidential campaign said “I’m a uniter not a divider” and if he’s ever uttered one word of truth in his life it is this. For George Bush is uniting the whole world against the United States. Allies and friends of this nation for decades are distancing themselves to be a world politician aligned with George Bush is to be on your way out, Be it Baghdad or Brussels London or Kabul the one thing the whole world agrees on is a distaste of George Bush.

The word of a US President was at one time unquestioned now it is considered suspect. At one America was considered the greatest hope for peace now it is considered its greatest threat. At the outbreak of any world conflict the US Secretary of State would make efforts for a ceasefire or treaty now they are asked to stay away. The world is growing weary of America’s foolishness its duplicitous foreign policy. At one time in the world at the scene of any natural disaster the US could be counted on for humanitarian assistance. Now we can’t even take care of our own after the tsunami in Indonesia the US sold Military Helicopters to the government in Jakarta.

There will come a time when the world will no longer tolerate our fiscal stupor or our trading worthless IOU’s for goods and services. China the world’s largest holder of US script has announced that they will divest themselves of some of their dollars. They have also announced that they will reduce their exports to the US and concentrate on those items most profitable. Russia now trades for oil in Euros Venezuela plans to make the switch as does Iran. The countries that continue to trade in dollars do so because they hold so many that if they switch they stand to lose a fortune but the time will come when they will switch. There will come a time when a tipping point will be reached where they will stand to lose either way in a rush like a sudden gust of wind.

The US banking interests are counting on the principle of too big too fail and the government no longer publishes the total number of dollars in circulation. The published depreciation of the dollar against the Euro is 30% in three years the actual depreciation is anyone’s guess. The stock market keeps going up but the share prices are purchased with deflated dollars. So if you bought a share of stock for ten dollars three years ago and its gone up 25% you are only 5% in the hole. The higher the market goes the lower the dollar goes it’s a sucker game the illusion of gain. The smart monies already overseas isn’t it Mr. Cheney?

There was a time when the President would give his state of the Union address and speak about the gains of the American People now it’s the gains of American corporations the President insists the economy is strong Yet Ford Motor Company posts its worst quarter in over a hundred years! Gone is all concern for the health and welfare of the people for gains in wages or standards of living. We must pay more to support war and cut taxes for the wealthy or the President warns it will get worse! This President has tried harder at the goal of destroying Social Security than any other goal he has dreamed of.

There was a time not to long ago when men of this same ilk destroyed the American economy once before when Detroit’s unemployment rate was 90% when food riots broke out in the streets when the communist party was the fastest growing party in America. At a funeral for murdered strikers in Detroit 20,000 Americans took off their hats as the band played the International. FDR saved capitalism in America not because he was a friend of the workingman but because the new deal was the last hand, the last chance for capitalism in America or the game was over.

The Presidents proposed budget is not an exercise in class warfare for the war is over and you lost. This budget is more a class Dachau, leave your luggage on the platform you won’t be needing it. The President proposes to cut the growth of Medicaid and Medicare at a time when the number of recipients is about to swell and to pay for it with deflated dollars at that. But now when it comes to his tax cuts how will we pay for those? He plans on cutting spending at all levels of education and eliminating 112 programs entirely yet wants to expand the defense budget. Put your self in the place of one of those getting off the train at Auschwitz how much more of an education do you need? Less for the children less for the elderly and more for the military, do you need a crystal ball?

You do not need schooling to see the direction you are going a college degree doesn’t cushion the blow from a hit in the head. There will come a time in America when all or most all will see the contract is broken when the masses will realize they are an impediment to their world and that they don’t like you in it. Then will you realize that it is you that will have to educate and that the teacher will become the pupil and the pupil will learn or the pupil will come to school no more. These things are not new and they are not to be afraid of it will be your day of liberation. The pike is not for the poor man to fear nor cause for the wise to worry for it is the last resting place of the fool only.

Marie Antoinette said let them eat cake George says we must cut entitlements but they’re the same just like Marie he doesn’t mean his entitlements just yours. Just the ones for your parents and your children to pay for his war! You see it’s not enough that your children must go fight his war now you must pay for it too all while George cuts taxes for the wealthy. There is an emotion that is unique in the human soul it is that sincere anger that rises up when one realizes that they are being played for a fool. When the world turns
