In it, it says other nations are busy finding ways to reap the greatest benefit from natural resources in the Arctic. There is a treaty to divide up the new frontier.

What has the US done? We've skipped out of the treaty because RWs think it would impose on American sovereignty. And, the Navy is working on changing our warships to fit the new climate. After spending billions, We'll be ready to defend what we are unwilling to own.
