2 Prominent Milwaukee Leaders' Sons Charged With Election Day
And of course this is the only case to actually reach criminal charges:

2 Prominent Milwaukee Leaders' Sons Charged With Election Day Tire Slashing
Witnesses Say Men Wore 'Mission Impossible' Type Gear

POSTED: 6:09 pm EST January 20, 2005
UPDATED: 11:13 am EST January 25, 2005

MILWAUKEE -- While most of the country was focused on who would be the next president on Election Day, there was another story that made headlines in Milwaukee that day -- who slashed the tires on 20 vehicles rented for transporting Republican voters to the polls?
<snip>
Republican Party of Wisconsin Chairman Rick Graber issued a statement following the charges that called the tire slashings "political sabotage."

"This is a case that should outrage citizens of all political stripes. It is extremely troubling to see the depths to which the Democrat Party will sink to disrupt the political process through criminal means -- all in an effort to prop up the Democrats' flailing candidates and floundering agenda. This was not merely a case of hooligans committing an act of vandalism. This was a deliberate attack on our electoral system," Graber said.

If convicted, each man faces up to three-and-a-half years in prison.

1. I would be outraged but for the "Pot calling the kettle black" aspect

If I had known the scope or savagery of the fraud and intimidation the Rethugnicans were planning for 2004, I would have been out there slashing tires myself.
