Anthrax-Probe Doctor Sentenced for Assault (Dr. Kenneth Berry)
POINT PLEASANT BEACH, N.J. -- A physician whose home was searched last summer in an investigation into the 2001 anthrax attacks pleaded guilty to assaulting his wife and stepdaughter.

Dr. Kenneth Berry, who has not been charged in the anthrax attacks, was sentenced Friday to two years probation and fined $1,000 by Municipal Judge James A. Liguori.

Berry was arrested after a domestic dispute at a hotel where the family was taken during a search of his parents' home on Aug. 5, 2003.

Five people died and 17 were sickened in the fall of 2001 by anthrax mailings that targeted government and media officials as the nation was still reeling from the Sept. 11 terror attacks.

1. Bush Ordered the Anthrax Scare
Bush ordered the anthrax scare. Look at the targets:
NY Times
NBC News
Pat Leahy
Tom Daschle

Here's the one we have to connect the dots with:
The National Enquirer

Get investigating!

5. we've already connected the dots
Bob Stevens, photo editor at American Media Inc., was apparently partly or fully responsible for publishing a pic of drunken Jenna humping a girl on a bar-room floor that embarrassed Herr Caligula.

It is said he had photos of *'s Skull and Bones initiation that he was planning to publish. <shrug> Any such pictures were removed by the FBI along with 800 "suspicious" documents after the AMI building was contaminated. We have heard no more about these papers other than they were contaminated and can't be safely handled. The entire building had to be abandoned by AMI.

Although we remember AMI, especially the Enquirer, for "hit" stories on the Clintons, they have many enemies on the other side. They ran a story claiming Osama had a tiny "unit." They ran many stories on Rebecca Marks and some of the other "colorful" Enron thieves including photographs of the lady in her leather skirt with an elephant at a party. And they ran stories on Bush twin drinking problems that probably didn't well please the powers that be.

Plenty of reason for the "powers that be" to mail anthrax to these folks.

National Enquirer/AMI also helped break the story on Rush Limbaugh's oxycontin addiction.

It is not especially mysterious to me that AMI was targeted.

7. We have to get them.
Who should we get to publish this and how do we make it credible?

This is how we get Bush out of office.

8. What is your opinion of the Vanity Fair article
on the anthrax investigation? It was more about the who and how than the why. This is the first I've heard of the why.
