Seven Florida newspapers endorse Kerry
Seven newspapers in Florida, the nation's largest swing state, endorsed John Kerry for president on the weekend while one took a pass.

Endorsing Kerry were the St. Petersburg Times, The Miami Herald, the Palm Beach post, the Bradenton Herald, Florida Today, the Daytona Beach News-Journal and the South Florida Sun-Sentinel in Fort Lauderdale.

Nationally, Kerry won endorsements from the New York Times and the Boston Globe, and got the endorsement of the Philadelphia Inquirer over a week ago. Bush was endorsed by the Indianapolis Star, the Arizona Republic, the Dallas Morning News and the Omaha World Herald.

2. Jax Times-Union
If it hasn't already, it probably will. Right-wing all the way on its editorial staff. At least it was when I lived up there. It's not a major, major paper, but it's big enough.

3. I expect the Orlando Sentinel will either endorse *, or no endorsement
at all.

Their parent, the Chicago Tribune, has endorsed dumbya.

4. No endorsement, like Winston Salem Journal's withholding, just as damaging
to *

When the vitriolic RW can't stomach you, then you can forget people who actually read on the left and the right.
