Salem -
Consumer activist Ralph Nader WON'T appear on the Oregon presidential ballot after all. That's according to a ruling today by the Oregon Supreme Court.

Supreme Court judges sided with Democratic Secretary of State Bill Bradbury. Bradbury had said petition sheets turned in by Nader supporters were flawed.

A lower court disagreed, saying Bradbury used unwritten rules to decide on the validity of the Nader petitions. But today the high court reversed that ruling.

I thought we lived in a democracy where you got to vote for who you wanted to. While I won't vote for Nader this election, I have before in the past.
