Florida woman dies from mad cow disease

This is kind of a misnomer, I think. "Mad Cow" is really BSE--bovine spongiform encephalopathy, which is thought to cause Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease in humans. So, she really didn't "die from mad cow disease."
