they say lactobacillus may prevent HIV transmission in breast milk - but it doesn't at the moment. So they must be contemplating doing something with lactobacillus - some kind of cream to spread on the nipple, or something? Anyway, it would have to be a treatment - wouldn't it be easier to get the water for the formula milk boiled, to prevent the diarrhea?
