that's not what I'd call trying to fix anything, when they are warned of inspections!

It only proves to me that the abuses were condone, if not ordered from way on up.

That still is no excuse for people abusing people, stress or no stress, orders or no orders.

Inhumane acts are inhumane acts, and those that order, condoned or effect the acts are all culpable.

Expect more stories to emerge for years to come. The only way the US can save their ass from more charges and world disgust is to get out now. But the US is to stubborn and arrogant.
