Would Al Gore have been able to accomplish more in the years
1998-2001 than Bill Clinton was able to do? If you feel the answer is yes, then the answer to your question is no. If you feel that Gore wouldn't have gotten anything more accomplished than Clinton did in that time, then I guess you might be happy that he didn't win in 2000. Because if he had accomplished so little in that time, he wouldn't have gotten re-elected.
