Tea Party Express: Nebraska will be focus of first 'surprise' endorsement
Source: cnn

Two days before The Tea Party Express reveals what it's called a major "surprise endorsement" for the 2012 races, the group has provided details to CNN.

On Monday, Tea Party Express National Spokesman Levi Russell said that its Senate endorsement – their first for the upcoming political cycle - will focus on Nebraska. The group will officially reveal the recipient of its endorsement at a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington on Wednesday.

The Tea Party Express had already announced that the state's two-term Democratic Sen. Ben Nelson is on its list of political targets.

That eViL WhackBagger (R) is from Kansas, but he's gonna move to CornhuskerVille to toss his crap in the ring for the TeaBagger Kiss 'o Perdition. They all needs to gin up the fear & hate thingy, and Phelpsy is purrfucked for them...

TeaBagging Billionaire PuppetMasters are licking their greazy chops in anticipation of the RepubliPoo Phelpsy Will Fling in their Campaign Against America.

What do I win for guessing correctly?

2. Mitt or
Huntsman. But Daniels have be the front runner although none at this time is crazy enough except for Palin, Trump, the Sandman, Cain, etc.

The shocker would be Paul, but judging from his nutso son Paul from KY, a possible contender. The Koch Brothers have the final say, they are billionaires who are just right scary. We need to stop these people who claim they are ALL AMERICAN. Untrue they are the opposite.

4. Exactly why is this noteworthy?
Because the Koch brothers are paying for the coverage.

5. According to "The Green Papers", the (R) candidates are:
Attorney General Jon C. Bruning (the only one with serious money)
State Treasurer Don Stenberg
Patrick J. "Pat" Flynn

There's also an Independent: Russell Paul Anderson

8. Surprise?
They're going to endorse Ben Nelson?

No, there would be nothing surprising about that because he's probably closer to their point of view than most Republicans.

9. The only suprise would be if they say they are not going to endorse Jon Bruning for Senate
Edited on Mon May-09-11 04:25 PM by OmahaBlueDog
Jon Bruning ran unopposed for Nebraska AG in 2006, but ran lots of ads. He's been running for thiss seat for nearly two years. He's young (41 or 42) and will likely either be Senator for the next 36 years, or will leave for a break to become Governor, prior to a Presidential run around 2024. He just hired a campaign manager.

Bottom line, this is no surprise.

10. An amoeba
Edited on Mon May-09-11 05:30 PM by bongbong
"We had all our GOP idols take intelligence tests, and to prove we aren't just shills for repigs, we had a paper cutout of a donkey take the test too. The results indicated that the smartest candidate was either a slug or an amoeba, both scoring slightly ahead of the paper cutout of the donkey, and significantly ahead of all the repigs. We are consulting with our bosses at Koch Industries about what we should do"
