Couple arraigned on charges they stomped an elderly man to death amid domestic dispute
Source: New York Daily News

A pair of lovebirds facing life as jailbirds were arraigned Sunday on charges they capped a boozy date by stomping a would-be good Samaritan to death in the street.

Quintin Guerrero, 61, was killed when he rushed to aid one of his accused attackers, Tosheba Alford, 20, after she jumped out of a moving cab in front of his Bronx house to escape a beating from her boyfriend, Alford's mother, Queen Smith, said.

Alford told cops she never raised a hand to man who tried to help her, insisting she attempted to stop her boyfriend, Kendall Major, 35, from killing Guerrero.

"He started punching and kicking the man. I tried to pull Kendall off," Alford told detectives, according to a prosecutor.

Keep these people and those like them (like the two who attacked the transgender individual) locked up and away from the rest of us, please.

1. I've never heard of a gay marriage beginning with stomping a man to death.

5. I'd be careful with that line of reasoning
This is exceedingly rare no matter what.

The fact that gay marriages are less common mean rare occurrences won't show up much or at all.

The statistics are a bit shaky because the numbers are so low.

I imagine if they were to become common gay marriages would face the same challenges and have the same flaws as any other marriages.

2. And we do not allow Medicaid to pay for abortions why? Every sperm is NOT sacred, as evidenced by OP

Or any other type of abortion on demand program - didn't mean to apply that only poor girls/women got pregnant.

4. huh?
You can't tell ahead of time if some kid is going to be a scumbag.

And even if abortions were free and easily available not every woman would get one for whatever reason.

Abortions solve many problems at a societal level, but it doesn't fix everything.

3. Monsters
I hope they do get life without parole. These are the people jails are built for.
