2. Who's going to kill them?
Will it be the leader of bahrain? Or will it be the F-16 Saudi jet fighters who were sold to the Saudis by the US. The same US who supports protests by other middle eastern countries but not the one in Bahrain?

Face it folks, the Bahrain leaders wouldn't be doing as well if it weren't for those F-16's. Remove them from the equation and the bahrainian leaders would be on the other end of the barrel.

4. Chomsky sets up the context and provides the deep story
Edited on Mon Apr-25-11 11:00 AM by psychopomp
in this video where he speaks on the changes taking place in the Middle East:

Noam Chomsky (2011.03.13) - Amsterdam

The full lecture is riveting. In essence, it has to do with the West's aversion to uniting the Shiia, since they are sitting on much of the Middle East's oil and natural gas.

5. Perhaps if we kill Quadaffi's family that will stop the bloodshed in Bahrain.
Oh wait, never mind, I see that our state department has strongly condemned all of this.
