Sen Feinstein: Senate Vote On Oil Spill Liability Delayed Until Sept.

Senate Democratic leaders have postponed a vote on a bill raising the oil spill liability cap until September, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D., Calif.) said Tuesday.

"There was substantial concern that the energy bill didn't do enough," Feinstein told reporters after meeting with Senate Democrats.

Specifically, she said she wants renewable energy mandates included in energy legislation that comes to the Senate floor.
