Carrie Prejean demanded more than a million dollars during her settlement negotiations with Miss California USA Pageant officials -- that is, until the lawyer for the Pageant showed Carrie an XXX home video
of her handiwork.

The video the lawyer showed Carrie is extremely graphic and has never been released publicly. We know that, because TMZ obtained the video months ago but decided not to post it because it was so racy. Let's just say, Carrie has a promising solo career.

We're told it took about 15 seconds for Carrie to jettison her demand and essentially walk away with nothing. As we first reported, the Pageant is paying around $100,000 to her lawyers and publicist -- a fraction of her bills. She pockets nothing in the settlement.

TMZ was probably offered the tape for hundreds of thousands of $$$ so they saw it at that time, 3-4 months ago, but they passed on buying it cause they figured they couldn't show it anyways. It is my understanding they don't actually have it though, but someone has been out there for months shopping it around.

Once one adopts a conservative "pro-family" political profile, they give themselves the obligation to live up to it, and the success of the pro-family conservatism has to be judged by its most high profile and vocal advocates, the people you would think would be the strictest adherents and who could show the most exemplary results.

Prejean made herself an especially large target by making homo-hatred a central part of being pro-family. That's unfortunately, par for the course for conservatives. If she had a "repentance" where she confessed to having made the vid, it would have been one thing. But then, she couldn't have sued Trump.

The suit is something else. If you are going to take the "brave" and "righteous" stance, and get an unsatisfactory second place for it, you don't turn around and then sue to win money for it.

It's entirely possible that her homo-hating statements were just a stunt to get into Trump's pockets, and then profit for years by going on speaking tours and writing books spreading homo-hatred further. It's a good fraud if you actually have no morals and consider conservatives to be stupid. It's hypothetical, but it comes down to her being a money-grubbing hypocrite or a money-grubbing psychopath.

I had a 'friend' that I lost for about 20 years. I found her a couple years ago--she wanted a housekeeper. She's a total fundie freak, and I had to bite my tongue until it bled many times.

If Ms. Prejean is going to denounce gays as immoral, she should have taken the precaution of behaving in what her religious sect considers to be a proper and decent way herself. If Ms. Prejean is going to denounce 'immoral' homosexuals, she'd have done well not to have any such videotapes.
