OAS Honduras' interim government can't withdraw
Source: Reuters

The caretaker government of Honduras cannot withdraw from the Organization of American States because it is not a legitimate government, a senior OAS official said on Saturday.

"Only legitimate governments can withdraw from an entity such as the OAS," said Albert Ramdin, the OAS assistant secretary-general, told reporters before a special OAS meeting on Honduras.

He said the current "regime" in Honduras is not recognized as the country's legitimate government.

The interim rulers of Honduras took power after a coup removed President Manuel Zelaya. They have rejected an OAS demand to restore Zelaya and defiantly renounced the OAS charter in an apparent preemptive move.

on WHINSEC formerly known as SOA's. Just like transnational corporations changing heir name to hide from their crimes, so does SOA. Hope I don't need tin foil hat.

is School of the Americas.

PS there is a web site that comes up with whinsec that has a url which has the following in it:

infantry . army . mil / WHINSEC

Google gives a security warning on it - beware

The WIKI url is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_Hemisphere_Institu...

Edited to add - I knew a little about the SOA - especially the demonstrations and protests against them. What is said infers that the overall mission is death and control. The wiki data is a must read.

Over the years, the graduates have shined in the areas of terrorism, drugs, regime changes, massacres.

Read to see how Cheney and Addington have been included and the reason they are included.
