Source: New Hampshire Union Leader

Concord – Gov. John Lynch announced today that he will renominate Kelly Ayotte to the post of attorney general. The Executive Council must approve the nomination.

Seriously, he's basically a pro-choice, Chamber of Commerce Republican at this point. The Bonni Newman deal, cutting off rooms & meals tax revenue to municipalities, and now this.

Oh, and let's not forget this little tidbit from last spring:

New Hampshire Attorney General Kelly Ayotte joined attorneys general from nine other states to urge the California Supreme Court to delay finalizing its ruling to legalize same-sex marriage.

In a friend-of-the-court brief filed late yesterday, they said they have an interest in the case because they would have to determine if their states would recognize the marriages of gay residents who wed in California.

3. Should other states be allowed to sign on as friend of the court?

Did other states sign on as friend of the court that had slavery, prohibited women from voting?

5. Well, I now know we elected a DINO, not a progressive Dem.
Who do we have to run against him in a primary?

Oh wait, I don't think there's many progressive Dems able to run.
