Groundhog Day: Phil Sees Shadow, Predicts 6 More Weeks of Winter
Source: Fox News

The legendary groundhog made his annual prediction early Monday after seeing his shadow.

Since 1886, Phil has seen his shadow 97 times, hasn't seen it 14 times, and there are no records for nine years, according to the Punxsutawney Groundhog Club. The last time Phil didn't see his shadow was in 1999.

8. No way.........
P Phil would NOT have seen his shadow this morning here in Downeast Maine.
Since our weather system is totally different from Western PA. ( influenced by the Atlantic Ocean) I chose to ignore Phil's findings completely........

2. I'm not a hunter, but I said this to my wife and I'll say it here.
Isn't it about time someone goes to PA and blasts that fuckin rodent with a shotgun so he can stop giving us more winter every freaking year?

19. He actually bit him!..(Chuck bit Bloomberg, not the other way around)..

Drew blood and everything! Luckily for Chuck (and the mayor, since euthanasing zoo animals doesn't wrack up votes), there was no concern that he could have contracted rabies.

16. Too bad they gave Rove three more weeks to appear before Congress.
I wondered whether he would wake up today and see something shadowing him.

17. If he sees his shadow it's six more weeks of winter. If he doesn't,
it's ONLY a month and a half left. Sorry, but this sounds like a wash to me.
