President-elect plans pre-inaugural trip to Ohio to push economic plan
Source: USA TODAY

President-elect Barack Obama will be in Bedford Heights, Ohio, on Friday to visit a company that produces parts for wind turbines and to push for the "American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan" that he says will give the economy a much-needed lift.

Obama's transition team just announced the trip. According to a statement sent to reporters:

President-elect Obama will tour the Cardinal Fastener & Specialty Company, a growing company with innovative production practices that manufactures parts used to construct wind turbines. President-elect Obama will discuss how companies like Cardinal Fastener and workers like those in Bedford Heights would benefit from an American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan, which would aim to create nearly half a million American jobs by investing in clean energy like wind power.

Saturday, Obama and his family travel by train from Philadelphia to Washington for the start of the inauguration festivities. His swearing-in will be on Tuesday.

he's not campaigning in Ohio. He's addressing the HUGE economic problem and highlighting what he'll do to help get people employed.

6. No, he's not campaigning..
He's addressing his stimulus package..in hopes that it will pass. The countries involved with NAFTA that he wants to have negotiations with probably won't be there.

3. Green Jobs are the future, Clean Hybrid Coal is on it's way out !
http://www.wisecountyissues.com Now THE COAL INDUSTRY uses twenty story tall { redneck skyscrapers } drag line equipment to gouge the mountain all to hell thus requiring less jobs. I can't believe they are spending 1.8 billion to build a new coal fired power plant in Virginia City, Virginia. It's that redneck mentality.
