Obama, Biden to Pay Call on Supreme Court.

"Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. will welcome President-elect Barack Obama and Vice President-elect Joseph Biden -- two senators who voted against his confirmation -- to the Supreme Court on Wednesday afternoon, the court announced tonight.

The court said Roberts, who will administer the oath of office to Obama next Tuesday, invited the pair to meet with him and the associate justices in the ceremonial West Conference Room, and maybe take a tour of the place. Reporters and photographers are not invited." >>>

5. I've had this feeling for awhile
that Scalia is gonna get out during an Obama administration. It goes beyond wishful thinking, but we shall see.

But perhaps they could be "persuaded." Hehe.

Scalia is getting long in the tooth, however. And he's still not happy about being passed over for the CJ post.

11. An individual lost their property because the Supreme Court . . .
felt that the state had the right to use the power of eminent domain to take the property and give it to a private developer.
