Gallup Daily: Obama 52%, McCain 42% Among LV - Largest lead for Obama among likely voters to date

PRINCETON, NJ -- Barack Obama leads John McCain in Gallup Poll Daily tracking interviewing conducted Wednesday through Friday by an identical 52% to 42% margin among both traditional likely voters and expanded likely voters. Obama leads by a similar 52% to 41% margin among all registered voters.

Gallup's "traditional" likely voter model, which Gallup has employed for past elections, factors in prior voting behavior as well as current voting intention. This has generally shown a closer contest, reflecting the fact that Republicans have typically been more likely to vote than Democrats in previous elections.

Big ol' Headline - "McCain leads in Gallup Daily Poll, 48 to 47%!!one!!" with a picture of a smiling McCain.

And all you have to do is click on the darn headline and it shows Obama 49, McCain 44. Over the three day average, Obama had 49 but because there was ONE DAY out of the three day average that McCain was up by one (and I'm sure it was a typo) that was Drudge's big, hysterical headline. He is ridiculous.

Between NOW and election day, convince at least two Obama/Undecided voters to vote for McCain. Further, convince these two people (or two others) to take up the same challenge. (Like a chain letter)

So you have converted people in the past? Good, but we need more!

Many Obama supporters are mindlessly supporting him, with no real reason, this means it is VERY easy to get them to switch over. Even if you fail, other Obama/undecideds may be in the room and hear valid arguments and question their faith in the One.



That might possibly, in some universe, be slightly true if they HAD any valid arguments. But they don't.

And don't these galoons know chain letters are just annoying to most rational people?

It seems to me that the entire country is trending Democratic. I also believe that the Republicans are engaging in an ongoing massive effort to suppress the vote. I also think that the corporate media are trying to make the races look closer than they actually are, as well as to bury stories about Republican suppression of the vote. That will make "results" achieved by hacking of the election seem more plausible to the public, and also give the right wing propaganda machine a theme to work with over the next few years - "the Dems stole the election, and are making false charges against Republicans of election tampering." That will keep the base fired up, and be good cover for sabotaging public support for Democrats in office.
